Empowerment is about giving individuals, especially women, the confidence and skills to take control of their lives. Through our Women Self-Help Group (SHG) programs, we provide training in entrepreneurship, leadership, and financial independence. Our workshops and mentoring sessions help women develop practical skills, start small ventures, and gain self-reliance. So far, we have empowered more than 300 Women SHGs, enabling them to achieve personal growth and economic stability.
